PRODUCT RETURNS
The goods must be returned within 14 days of the shipment delivery. The product must be intact and not unpacked. The customer shall bear the cost of returning the product. As a general rule, refunds will be sent within 3 days of receiving the returned product in our warehouse, but please note that refunds may reach your account later, because transfers between payment systems may take longer. When returning an item with which there was a free gift, please return the gift as well. It must also be intact and not unpacked. If you choose to keep the gift, its value will be deducted from the refund. If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time for the refund to be officially reflected on your account. After that, contact your bank. Processing times are often applied to refund transfers. If you have completed all these steps and still haven't received your money, please contact us.
